Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales on apack.store are final and non-refundable. Once an eBook or digital file has been delivered or downloaded, we are unable to process any refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Why We Don’t Offer Refunds:
- Digital products are considered “used” upon download
- Instant access makes it impossible to return the product
- This policy is in place to protect the value and integrity of our content
Exceptions
We may offer a replacement only in the case of:
- A corrupted or non-functional file
- Duplicate purchases made by mistake (proof required)
